1.5GDIT Engine
The 1.5GDIT engine, independently developed by Great Wall Motors, was awarded the "China Heart" Top 10 Engine of the Year in 2017. The 1.5GDIT engine has 92 patents and complete independent intellectual property rights. With the self-developed CVVL (Continuous Variable Valve Lift) technology, it not only reduces fuel consumption by 8.4%, but also increases maximum power by 12.7% and peak torque by 35.7%.
